Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY – RIVAAJ OFFICIAL

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

Exchanges are only accepted if the item has a manufacturing defect and is reported within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Items with stains, marks, odors, or signs of use will not be accepted.

Approved exchanges will be processed within 7 days, and you may choose a replacement of equal value or receive store credit.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If you want a different design or color, a new order must be placed.
