TERMS OF SERVICE – RIVAAJ OFFICIAL

Due to differences in screen displays, product color or texture may slightly vary. Such variations are not eligible for exchange.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under normal conditions.

Exchanges are only allowed for items with manufacturing defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, stains, or odors will not be accepted.

Approved exchanges are processed within 7 days, offering a replacement of equal value or store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Orders cannot be changed once confirmed. For a different design or color, a new order must be placed.

Rivaaj Official reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request.
